Passover is almost OVER

So, I'm past the halfway mark of getting through Passover. This is a tough week for me, as I am a self-proclaimed carbohydrate addict. BUT I have discovered the BEST Passover dessert....

Chocolate Toffee Matzoh. Simple. Easy.
Cook brown sugar and water in a pot. When it becomes caramel, poor it over a sheet pan of matzoh (lined with parchment paper to prevent sticking). Bake it for 15 minutes. Take it out and sprinkle chocolate chips all over it. After 5 minutes, chips will melt. Spread the melted chocolate around evenly then sprinkle the chocolate with sea salt and almonds. Done.
