We were able to enjoy a date night at Fleming's in West Hartford with a babysitter and a random Outback Steakhouse gift card. Did you know they're both owned by the same restaurant group?! Neither did we!
Now, their happy hour menu is ONLY served in the bar area and that area is SMALL. So be sure you get there early to snag a seat!
I mean, for an EXPENSIVE restaurant, you can't beat their happy hour prices!
And their cocktails are fabulous!
We started with their calamari. It had a sweet chili sauce and was so good my husband licked his plate!
We then shared the burrata. Honestly, this could've been a whole meal by itself!
Mmmmmm. But this burger. YUM. So delish. Perfectly cooked, big portion, just delicious all around.
I went to their happy hour several years ago and I remember their portions being VERY small. It is no longer the case!
